Upon arrival, I had to wait for the front desk attendant who was away for lunch, which was frustrating. The cleanliness of the room was quite poor. there was dust, hair, and coins behind the bed, and the sheets had visible stains. I was also disappointed to find that several lights in the room were not working, making it quite uncomfortable to settle in.

i was absolutely horrified at my filthy room that smelled strongly of cigarettes. trying to charge my phone was useless because the outlets didn't work. i woudl ve been satisfied with a room upgrade, but apparently that's too much to ask. do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else that actually cares about guests. i just couldn’t believe it.

i recently stayed at birch hill suites kansas city for 2 nights. i was pleasantly surprised by the warm water available in the shower and the refrigerator in my room. it exceeded my expectations compared to my last visit in the city, making my stay feel comfortable and enjoyable.

My stay was truly enjoyable thanks to the convenient access to local attractions, as I was just a short drive away from the national frontier trails museum and the adventure oasis water park, both of which were fantastic for walking and sightseeing. additionally, the warm service I received made me feel right at home.
